My passion for learning has brought about an approach that blends many methodologies of training. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, I was exposed to body control and learned the importance of a base of strength. In graduate school I became involved in Olympic Weightlifting and I quickly learned the importance of having a balance between stressors in life—including one’s exercise regimen. As a Certified Athletic Trainer, I love to help others balance their stressors as well, whether it’s an injury or a busy schedule that demands an efficient and effective movement practice.

I take pride in my ability to empathize and work with my clients individual strengths and weaknesses. My coaching philosophy is that one size does not fit all, less is more and we need to treat ourselves with compassion when healing from an injury or trying to attain a specific goal.
