This policy covers the Site and our online offerings. Clinical records from 1:1 assessments are handled through our client portal and are also subject to the separate privacy notice and intake forms you receive when you become a client.

- Account information: your login credentials and profile details when you create an account to access courses, e-books, or the RootedWell Live Community.

- Community content: posts, comments, questions, and case discussions you share in the RootedWell Live Community or during live sessions.
- Health and assessment information: when you book a 1:1 assessment, you may share health history, symptoms, and information about your posture, breathing, teeth, vision, and nervous system. This is collected through our client portal (Zanda Health) and treated as sensitive information.

- Course progress and engagement data, such as lessons completed.
- Email engagement data, such as whether you open or click our emails.
