Hey, I'm Aleena 👋🏼
Â
For the past 15 years, I've helped people break free from chronic pain cycles and movement limitations. I don't just treat symptoms—I find the real reasons your body isn't working the way it should.
My approach combines advanced movement assessment, neuromuscular re-education, and yes—Postural Restoration® techniques when needed. But mostly? I meet you where you are and give you tools that actually work.
Whether you're an athlete, a desk worker, or somewhere in between, you deserve to move through life without constant discomfort. Let's figure out what's really going on and get you back to feeling like yourself again.
🌱 The Journey So Far
From EMT to movement specialist—here's how I found my path to helping people heal from the inside out.

Age 5-22
Competitive Gymnastics Foundation
Athletic Excellence & Coaching Development
Developed exceptional body awareness and movement precision through competitive gymnastics. My transition into coaching deepened my understanding of biomechanics and how to help others connect with their bodies through mindful movement.

2020-2014

Bachelor's in Exercise Science
Built my foundational knowledge in exercise science while gaining real-world experience as an EMT. This unique combination gave me a comprehensive understanding of both emergency medicine and human movement science.

2014-2016
University of Arkansas
Master's in Athletic Training
Became a licensed healthcare professional specializing in injury prevention, emergency care, and rehabilitation. I had the privilege of working with elite track and field athletes during the 2016 Olympic year, while our gymnastics team achieved a Top 10 national ranking.

 2016-2019
Olympic Weightlifting Competitive Athlete
Elite Athletic Performance
Competed as an Olympic weightlifting athlete, pushing the boundaries of strength, technique, and mental fortitude. This experience deepened my understanding of high-performance movement patterns and the intricate relationship between biomechanics and athletic excellence.

2016-2019
NYC Private Practice Launch
Building My Foundation
Established my private practice in New York City as a NASM-certified personal trainer. This period taught me the art of individualized care and marked the beginning of my journey toward creating a truly holistic approach to movement and wellness.

2019-2022
Advanced Training & Mentorship
Mastering Postural Restoration®
Relocated to Texas to study under a renowned mentor while expanding my practice. After completing my first Postural Restoration Institute® course in 2018, I dedicated this period to mastering PRI techniques and integrating them into my comprehensive approach to movement dysfunction and pain management.

2022-present
Holistic Practice Evolution
Establishing Orthopedic & Pain Management Expertise
Established my comprehensive practice combining Athletic Training expertise with functional orthopedic medicine, Postural Restoration®, and neurosensory techniques. I work nationally with a diverse team including dentists, orthodontists, podiatrists, holistic psychotherapists, shamans, healers, naturopaths, and functional medicine doctors to provide truly integrated care.
Beyond the Practice

When I'm not helping people heal, you'll find me hiking mountain trails, relaxing at the beach, or pursuing my passion for growing my practice to reach and help more people who need healing. I love traveling and discovering new places, but what truly keeps me fascinated with the world are the deep, meaningful conversations I have with my patients. Each person's story and journey teaches me something new about resilience, hope, and the incredible capacity we all have for healing and growth.
