I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from my participation in Postural Restoration and holistic health activities, including claims brought by third parties.

Severability:

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:
